It's called NTFSDOS Pro. Can't upload, just use Duote Netdisk to send it. (Hey, when will it pass the inspection?)

Go to http://www.cn-dos.net/newdos/doswarec.htm to download the IFS Driver, which supports reading and writing and supports Chinese long filenames. It's quite good, and I'm using it myself.
