How to load high-speed cache for the CD-ROM too!
Moderator, please help me think of a solution!
When I use pc-cache or smartdrv
there's no way to load high-speed cache for the CD-ROM!
What should I do!

But it seems smartdrv doesn't really support CD-ROM cache very well either!

Put smartdrv.exe before the CD-ROM driver, otherwise caching won't work!!!
