I've tried the commands from Budian, but it didn't work.
I mainly want to use GRUB to boot ISO files

GRUB4DOS currently cannot boot ISO files. You can try ISOEMU.

In addition, you can try if chainloader --force can replace the original run command.

Because isoemu can't boot from other partitions, so I want to use GRUB4DOS to boot the ieldr in other partitions, but it doesn't work when using chainloader (0.1~~7 have all been tried, I only have two partitions). It can only boot the IELDR in the C drive.

In the future, GRUB4DOS will have built-in ISO emulation functionality. But for now, you can only think of other methods (such as using ISOEMU).

Put ISOEMU.INI (modified) and the ISO file in another partition (the ISO file should be corresponding in ISOEMU.INI)
Then run it with IELDR.EXE (note that it's IELDR.EXE, not IELDR)

Specifically: BOOT.INI (modified) -> GRLDR -> bootable IMG -> run IELDR.EXE
Of course, there is a more direct method: BOOT.INI (modified) -> Avldr.bin -> Avlgo.sys (modified)

Looking forward to the ISO emulation function of GRUB4DOS, and then adding the ISO booting function of Avlgo
Haha, perfectly emulating the optical drive
