There are two copies of the FAT. As long as one is still good, it can be repaired. If both are damaged, it's more troublesome. Try NDD and see whether it can repair it, and remember to save the Undo information first.
If that doesn't work, Undo first, then find an expert to help. I've repaired this a few times; it's pretty troublesome, and I can't explain it clearly in just a few sentences. I don't dare give you blind remote instructions. Hehe.
