There is a software called NTFSDOS that can read the contents of NTFS partitions under DOS
But now only the free read-only version is available
The full version can read and write
No free crack has been found yet

【From: SnowGround (Snowy Field)】
: Brother, don't be like this.
: But you are really naive. Hehe.
: Find a bootable antivirus CD.
: First set it in CMOS to boot from drive A.
: Set First Boot Device to Floppy
: For older machines, set Boot Order to A,C
: But if you are using an NTFS partition, hehehe
: Pray to God.

There is a read-write version of ntfsdos
Download at http://www.cn-dos.net/newdos/dosdownload.html

【In reply to lyontang (Caring About You)】
: ntfsdos is just for viewing NTFS files, right?
: Is there a command that can delete or create NTFS file format?

There is a read-write version of ntfsdosy
It can be downloaded at http://www.cn-dos.net/newdos/dosdownload.html

My E drive in the virtual machine is in NTFS format. Why can't NTFSPRO drive this partition?
I don't know where the problem is. After executing NTFSPRO, the following is prompted:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
C:\NTFS>ntfspro

NTFSDOS Professional Edition
NTFS File System Driver for DOS, v3.12

Warning: Mounting a Windows NT 4.0 volume (v1.2)
using drivers from Windows 2000 is not permitted.
No NTFS drives mounted - exiting
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The read-only version NTFSDOS3.02R can drive the NTFS partition
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
C:\NTFS>\ntfsdos

Initialized 64KB of conventional cache.

Mounting NTFS partition(0x81:3) as drive: E

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Is it the problem of that version?

Alas, it can be seen that NTFSDOS is smaller than NTFSPro and has better compatibility. Because NTFSDOS only needs one file, NTFSDOS.EXE; while NTFSPro needs multiple files such as NTOSKRNL.EXE and NTDETECT.COM in WinNT/2K/XP. Moreover, the files of different WinNT versions are incompatible. So, the files like NTOSKRNL.EXE from Win2K cannot make NTFSPro recognize the NTFS format of WinNT4.0.

After downloading ntfsdos and extracting it, there are:
C_1252.nls
C_437.nls
L_INTL.nls
NTDLL.DLL
NTFS.SYS
AUTOCHK.exe
NTFSPRO.exe
NTOSKRNL.exe

There are 8 files, totaling 3.27M, which is obviously not enough to fit completely on a floppy disk. I estimate that only a few of these files are needed, for example: AUTOCHK.exe may not be needed. Is that right?

Yeah, it can still be compressed a bit.
