dBASE IV 2.0C Simplified Chinese version, runs under Chinese character system. Enter "http://zhenlove.com.cn/cndos/fileup/files/dBASE%20IV%202.0C(Simplified Chinese Version).rar" in IE and then click Go to download

In IE, click "View -> Encoding -> Unicode (UTF-8)" and some garbled characters disappear!
