Freedos 1.0 provides only boot functions in the downloaded img, and there are no any tools, such as Format. The following is the method to make an enhanced bootable disk:

Freedos 1.0 disk image production process:

1. Use Easyboot to make an 8640KB IMG image file;

2. Minimally install Freedos 1.0 using the VMWARE virtual machine;

3. Import the files obtained after installation in the virtual machine into the IMG image file;

Before importing, modify Autoexec.bat, Fdconfig.sys to make the called files point to drive A;

There is no order when importing files, which is different from MS-DOS.
