I've already registered, but I still can't enter the curated software section, and there isn't any information in the forum help about the requirements for entering the "curated software section".

I've lost count of how many times I've tried, but the "Forum Error Information" page always appears.

Can you say exactly what error messages are appearing?

It's that page that appears when your permissions are insufficient.(http://www2.zzu.edu.cn/ie/newdos/list.asp?boardid=16)

My machine is dual-boot. Right now I can get in under XP, but I usually go online under 98, so please help me figure out the reason.

Maybe something went wrong when I upgraded IE5.0 to 6.0. These past few days I've tried all kinds of browser settings, but none of them solved it. Looks like the only thing left is to reinstall the old 5.0 and try that. I wonder if anyone else has run into this situation.
