Can an Administrator account disabled in XP be restored?
Luckily I created another account before disabling it, otherwise I wouldn't even be able to get into the system. Asking the experts for help, this newbie little brother is waiting online for a reply. |

I couldn't find any related thread. It seems nobody did something as stupid as disabling Administrator... but I did.

Can an Administrator account disabled in XP be restored?
Disabled? I've never heard of this kind of problem before.... Just type net user under CMD and take a look.. Also, what group is the account you created yourself in? If it's also in the administrators group, then just open Computer Management and go to Computer User Management to change the old one.. |

COPY /Y C:\WINDOWS\repair\SAM C:\WINDOWS\System32\config\SAM
After doing the above, the desktop will be restored to blank with only the Recycle Bin left. I have DOSPASS, but unfortunately I have no way to upload it; search for it on a proper site. |
