I’ve recently been using an old Taiwan system, and its server operating system is NetWare 4.10.
When I open an application on the host from the client side, it gives a file open error prompt, and in NetWare’s monitor I can see that the maximum number of open files is 45. A friend told me that in one of NetWare’s files, you can set the number of files that can be opened, but I don’t know where to set it. Please advise! Also, the server has 128MB of memory, but the system only recognizes 64MB. I also heard this is set in the same file. Thanks! |

I haven’t used NetWare 4.x, but check whether there is a NET.EXE file in it, because in some other versions these settings are done with NET.EXE.
