The PCs at the internet café—after installing the webcam driver, it works at first, but after a reboot it stops working, just a white screen. You have to unplug it and plug it back in before it works again. I've tried lots of different drivers and they all do this. Is there any batch file for unplugging/replugging? How should this be done????

If anyone knows, please reply. I'm online waiting, really urgent, thank you.

That gets into hardware programming, a bat file can't possibly do it. I suggest you keep looking carefully for the matching driver~~ it should be that you're using the wrong driver. The so-called universal drivers on the internet are best avoided; otherwise the result is just like yours!

A bat file probably can't directly operate hardware. Try going into the hardware manager in Windows, disable -> enable it, and then see whether the webcam works. Mine has this problem too—sometimes it's fine, and sometimes the only fix is to reboot. Sigh, the consequence of being cheap.
