Yesterday my little sister had me watch it. It was the kind of childish LOVE drama I originally didn't want to watch. But I couldn't out-stubborn my little sister, so I had no choice but to watch with her.

Right from the start I felt something was strange. How could someone have such a weird name as "Shancai"? I thought maybe it was just her nickname. But when the four F-shit freaks came on, I realized. Damn it, they were actually Japanese pig names.

Even if it was adapted from a manga of the same name, having Chinese young people play Japanese college students is just too absurd. No wonder I once heard that some Japanese right-wingers said this drama was actually the result of Taiwan being mentally enslaved by Japan since the First Sino-Japanese War. So the government was completely right to ban the show for a period of time.

There were comments online saying <> was a pile of shit. I think it's not even as good as a pile of shit.

Even <> from the 1980s, which also portrayed campus life, is who knows how many worlds above it.

Never watched 《Meteor Garden》, too lazy to spend that time watching it...
