To expand our influence, we may need to contact more organizations, such as the “China Free Programmers Union,” etc., so that everyone can benefit. For example, today the “China Free Programmers Union” proposed in this forum’s “DOS Software World” that it would like to establish a link with the “China DOS Union.” What do you all think is the specific way we should get in touch?

I think first we need to communicate; both sides should inform each other of each organization’s aims and development intentions, so that both sides have a relatively clear understanding. This first requires private communication among the moderators, and only then a collective discussion between the two organizations. The second step is to let the members of the China Free Programmers Union fully understand the current development status of new DOS abroad and the significance of developing new DOS software. Also develop them into members of the DOS Union. The third step is for both sides to carry out corresponding publicity on their respective sites. The fourth step is for the DOS Union to propose a topic and have the Programmers Union coordinate in joint development.
