I think first we need to communicate; both sides should inform each other of each organization’s aims and development intentions, so that both sides have a relatively clear understanding. This first requires private communication among the moderators, and only then a collective discussion between the two organizations. The second step is to let the members of the China Free Programmers Union fully understand the current development status of new DOS abroad and the significance of developing new DOS software.
