Please help your little brother here. The CD-ROM drive on my laptop is broken, and I want to install WIN98 under DOS by using a direct two-PC connection. But when I boot with the DOS 7.10 boot disk, this appears:
NTLDR is missing
Pless any key to restart
But after I press any key, the same prompt still appears!
My laptop is a Toshiba 2800, and I made drive C 10 GB.
(I get the same prompt when booting with DOS 6.22 too!)
Also, besides installing WIN98 by direct two-PC connection, what other method can I use to install WIN98 on my laptop (with the CD-ROM drive already broken)?
Thanks, everyone!
