USB flash drives can be successfully loaded under DOS using the 2 drivers for the USB hard drive in Motto Hairu:
USBASPI.SYS Version: 1.07 Company: NoVAC
DI1000DD.SYS Version: 2.0 Company: NoVAC
However, if emm386.exe is loaded, the system will crash.
Using Panasonic's USBASPI.SYS (Version: 2.06 Company: Panasonic) is also possible, but it takes a long time to load.
After using DUSE 4.2 or 4.4, the system crashes and cannot be used.
I am using a Tsinghua Unisplendour 64M flash drive.

Yes, DUSE doesn't support USB drives, I've tried it. USBASPI1.SYS (Ver: 2.06) can, but I haven't had a crash when using it under EMM386.

I have succeeded early, but with EMM386 supported, there is nothing wrong

Yes, you can get them all by downloading Wengier's boot disk or DOS driver collection.
