There is a 32-bit FreeDOS operating system here, that is, a DOS with a 32-bit kernel:

Can FreeDOS be used to replace the boot files IO.SYS, MSDOS.SYS, COMMAND.COM in a WIN98 system?
Can it support long filenames in pure DOS? How are its stability and compatibility? This is what I most want to know. |
