With only this one picture, it's hard to explain clearly. In my personal experience: 1. There is a problem with this program itself, most likely a virus; 2. There is a problem with the system, maybe some DLL files got damaged; 3. There is a hardware problem, mainly due to drivers or overclocking!
That's all I can say, hehe

DD: Has your problem still not been solved?
Yesterday I ran into a problem similar to yours. After I installed an e-book reader and rebooted, USER.EXE illegal operation appeared, and I couldn't get to the desktop either. In Safe Mode there was also an EXPOLOER error. Later I went under DOS and used REGEDIT/RESTORE to restore the registry from the day before yesterday, and the problem was solved.
Let me give you another reference method. If system files were modified after installation (not a registry problem), you can check under WININIT.BAK to see which files were changed (but make sure you have not installed any new programs afterward), and then just restore them from the installation CD.
