Actually I only thought of making this after getting hit by a virus once. That virus kept bringing up a 60-second shutdown countdown, not even giving you a chance to search for it or analyze it. To save the keyboard input process, I made it into a hotkey, and it also makes it easy for people who don't know command-line usage to quickly cancel the shutdown countdown.
When the shutdown countdown window appears, press: Ctrl+Alt+↑ to immediately cancel the shutdown countdown.
I won't explain the other usage methods, just look at the pictures.
