Actually I only thought of making this after getting hit by a virus once. That virus kept bringing up a 60-second shutdown countdown, not even giving you a chance to search for it or analyze it. To save the keyboard input process, I made it into a hotkey, and it also makes it easy for people who don't know command-line usage to quickly cancel the shutdown countdown.
When the shutdown countdown window appears, press: Ctrl+Alt+↑ to immediately cancel the shutdown countdown.

I won't explain the other usage methods, just look at the pictures.

shutdown -a cancels it, doesn't it

Yes, if you just want a timed shutdown, at Time ShutDown -s will do it.

If you want to make a hotkey, just create a shortcut and set it yourself in the right-click properties.

If you're ignorant and only interested in having fun, then you can consider taking a look ^_^

Haven't been here for a few days and brother baoma has already put out another major work. I've been studying C lately, hehe, so I haven't been coming here much. Every time I come on, I get to see baomaboy's new work
