Everything went smoothly. The only thing I'm wondering about is that some machines have it and some don't, even though I installed them all from the same installation CD

It can convert, but the quality after conversion can't match the original BMP image. Is there a parameter to improve the quality?

Try changing that image quality 5 to 100
