In the computer lab, when I entered DOS, I couldn't use commands like cd, cd.., del, and so on! I once saw a command in
a book! doskey, so:

D:\Masm>cd..
Bad command or file name

D:\Masm>cd d:\
Bad command or file name

D:\Masm>del
Bad command or file name

D:\Masm>doskey/reinstall
DOSKey installed

D:\Masm>doskey cd=(Enter)

D:\Masm>doskey cd..=(Enter)

D:\Masm>cd..
Bad command or file name

D:\Masm>cd c:\windows
Bad command or file name


D:\Masm>

Why is this????? Please enlighten me, experts!!!!!!!!

You entered the masm directory—are the commands you want to use in this directory?? Please use 【cd..】 to go back to the parent directory, then enter the corresponding directory to execute the related commands..
A few of the ways you used those commands are wrong... Please use the 【/？】 parameter under DOS to check the correct syntax of the commands..

Don't forget, all of DOS's internal commands (including cd, del, etc.) are in the command.com file, and these internal commands in command.com can be modified. He did this on purpose to test everyone.

Hehe, if that's the case, then just use EDIT to look inside the COMMAND.COM file and see what command it corresponds to.

command.com is not modified with edit. Also, I forgot to explain that the way the command line below is written is wrong.
D:\Masm>cd c:\windows
Bad command or file name
A prompt like this appears because an incorrect command was entered.
