Today I found the eMule directory and wanted to delete the search history, but couldn't find it anywhere. However, I accidentally discovered that the wordfilter.txt under Program Files\eMule\config contains many sensitive words in Chinese and English. I tried to search on eMule, and sure enough, it was prohibited!

I'm using eMule Plus. There's no wordfilter.txt in the config directory, but there's a filter.dat which is empty. It seems there's some truth in what someone said about trying not to use domestic or localized foreign software. I wonder where sister afn downloaded her eMule from. Also, can you post your Chinese and English sensitive words so that everyone can see how they're sensitive.

Haven't tried it. I think it shouldn't be that simple. Maybe it will prompt an error?

Use the original one from the eMule official website http://www.emule-project.net/, which is a bit better than VeryCD, just my personal opinion

Please use the original eMule-project or Xtreme, do not use China Donkey or verycd, vagaa, Tuotuo and such.
