After I randomly optimized with Windows Optimizer and randomly deleted redundant files, etc., after restarting the machine, I got: when accessing the boot sector file multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partirion(1)\\\\BOOTSECT.DOS, an I/O error occurred, and I couldn't enter the system. Then I restarted and pressed F8, selected normal startup, there were two options. When I selected DOC, it was still the same. After selecting the Windows XP system, it booted up.

Hey, the consequence of being too hasty.
Since it's the result of messing around with Windows Optimization Master, why not mess around with it to fix it?
Run Optimization Master -> System Performance Optimization -> Boot Speed Optimization -> In the "Windows XP Default Boot Sequence Selection" column, select the Windows XP item.
If you understand it better, you can directly modify the boot.ini file in the root directory of drive C.

Heheh, the boot.ini file is a system file. To see it, you need to uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" in "View" under "Folder Options".

The following is the content of my boot.ini file with comments:
