Flashboot v1.40 Max Studio original Chinese-hanized registered version, fully solving the large USB drive problem
Production tutorial, note: Please back up the data on the USB drive before operation.
Open the software interface and click Next to continue.
Select the media through which you want to create the USB drive boot, since we are making a DOS boot, so we select "Create a bootable flash drive with a mini-DOS system.
Please select the source of your boot file. If not available, you can select "Any DOS-based floppy disk or floppy disk image".
Then select your DOS boot disk's floppy disk image in the following figure. If you don't have one, you can select the DOS98.IMG image integrated by us in the FLASHBOOT installation directory. This image already contains the boot files of MSDOS 7.1.
Then select the drive letter of your USB drive in the following figure. If not found, click "Refresh List".
In this step, select the boot mode of the USB drive. The USB-ZIP boot mode is relatively good in terms of compatibility and stability for everyone, and after booting, it is directly the A drive, which greatly facilitates our making of DOS boot. So here we suggest you select the USB-ZIP mode. If you want to retain the data on the USB drive, please first select the boot mode such as USB-ZIP, and then select "Retain disk data" so that you can directly make the boot without formatting the USB drive.
Click "Finish" and wait for the program to write the files, then you can close the program. Now your USB drive has boot function.
This software was personally tested by Max. Since the boot program made by this program has higher stability and compatibility than USBBOOT, and the USBZIP mode booted in my tested machine can successfully recognize as the A drive. It is worth mentioning that this program supports making USBZIP mode for large USB drives exceeding 2G. In order to test this software, I also specially spent 400 yuan to buy a 2G large USB drive for testing, but it is worth it. The read and write speed of this USB drive is 20M/second, which is what other USB drives cannot have.
