About right - click - New Shortcut!!?? - China DOS Union Forum

Everyone knows that right-clicking the mouse - New - "Shortcut" right? Here you can directly run many commands or call certain programs directly, but today I want to block this "New Shortcut" menu. I wonder if any expert can help me do this?
I mean, if you right-click on the desktop, in the pop-up context menu, click New - but there is no "Shortcut" sub-menu in the New sub-menu?
