Seek experts to create a batch script or VBS to call the system balloon, and be able to define the content of the balloon.

In fact, this idea has very good utilization value.

IE will intercept pop-up web pages, but not balloons. Is this possible to add a script in the web page to call the balloon to display information?

Hope to think carefully and give a solution.
