Why did I run start "%input%"\new\aa.txt, instead of opening this Notepad, but opening another cmd window, and the window just helped me navigate to the "%input%"\new\ path. Why is this happening, and what are the solutions?

Original title: A small question
Modified title: How to open a file with a path containing spaces using start?
Explanation: Because the original title was too vague, which was not convenient for forum search and management. After three days from the publication of this notice,
the poster has not changed the title, so it is now forcibly modified by me, and 2 points of points are deducted from the poster.
