Replying to the OP's question: ever since DOS 8.0(WIN ME), Microsoft removed the /S parameter. If you want to make a system disk, you can only do FORMAT A: first and then SYS A:

It means transferring the system to the floppy disk..

But you can format drive A through the right-click menu, and choose to create an MS-DOS startup disk...
But this startup disk can't format drive C FORMAT C ：/S |

Why does it have to use 【/s】?? Won't it work without parameters??

OP, use a 98 or ME boot disk Personally I feel XP's boot disk isn't very useful |

It seems Microsoft has already removed the Format /s parameter from XP, 2000, and ME. The SYS command can only transfer the system to drive C.

By the way,
to the poster above, I'll teach you how to make format work like that First write a batch file, and put this in it: qv *.jpg then rename this batch file to format If you think it still doesn't look enough like it, you can use bat2com to change it a bit! |
