WinPE can only be used to make a bootable CD, right? Someone could take the lead and start it, and then others would join in!

I downloaded WinPE RAR files from several websites. After extracting them and taking a look, none of them were ISO files, so they could not boot.
Even worse: the SETUP inside could not run under DOS7.1, and also could not run under PWIN98.
This is very different from the description saying "you can boot from the CD-ROM drive and directly enter the interface for use."
Originally I wanted to use it to do some things under DOS, but now it won't even let me install it. I don't know what the experts can use it for.

I currently have one boot disk, winpe+erd Chinese edition. It can be used for network adjustment, changing win2k nt xp passwords, and using some data recovery software. I've already used it, it's okay, it's just too big. I'll find the link for everyone in a moment.

WINPE cannot use 16-bit software (all DOS) software, but it can use WINRAR and WINDOWS COMMAND. If you add in the Win95 Explorer, it should probably work too.
WINPE includes support for various graphics cards and network cards, so it is very large, over 300M.
