Ask if it's possible to delete the "New" and "Arrange Icons" items under the desktop right-click without using third-party software

The registry key for right - click new is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Discardable\PostSetup\ShellNew. Just delete the ShellNew key. I haven't come across the one for arranging icons.

I tried it and found that the key under ShellNew cannot be deleted. It appears again after refreshing. However, the purpose can be achieved by setting the relevant items under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.
