VIA motherboard integrated NIC, (the driver disk only provides one Via6103)

In the list under Select an adapter from below

I selected Network adapter not shownon list below...

Please specify the location (path) of the OEM driver you want to use.

Here I entered the path to the VIA NIC driver folder (F:\via6103\PKTDRV),
but it always says:

No Driver was found in the specified location.

Questions:
1. What path should be entered here?
2. Why is it that after I looked for several VIA NIC drivers, none of the driver disks had NDIS2 and MSCLIENT folders?
