First, partition the mobile hard drive. How to partition and what format to use is up to you (recommended to use NTFS), and activate the first partition as the boot partition. Then use GHOST32 to restore the WINPE.GHO file to this boot partition. The restored boot partition is in NTFS format.

Restart the computer, set the first boot in BIOS to USB-HDD, and it will boot into WINPE in about 1-2 minutes (some old computers may take more than 3 minutes, especially for VIA motherboards). System reinstallation and system maintenance can be carried out at the same time, experience it yourself.
