I am an IBM laptop without an optical drive. The installed system is XP SP1. And I don't know if it supports USB booting. Now, I need to work under the old UCDOS for work. Using the method of virtual floppy disk booting, I downloaded vfloppy online, but it doesn't support Chinese. I have searched online for two days. The explanations are not detailed and are very abstract, and they are all different from my situation. I downloaded some versions of UCDOS 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 online, but I don't know how to install them. I'm really anxious. Is there any expert who can help me?

When booting, there is one to enter XP in the boot menu and one to enter UCDOS. Thanks. I'm really anxious.
I hope it can be explained in detail. I'm not very proficient in this yet.

Search for Avlog, then go download the DOS toolkit from Shenshan Hongye. The Chinese support system from Tianhui is also very good, I personally don't think it's worse than UCDOS.

Hehe, since you can work under DOS, you shouldn't be a novice. Why is it so unprofessional?

Go download a Chinese character system under DOS, such as Tianhui (tw.exe) or Pocket Dragon (xzl.exe) and other things, and put them somewhere on the hard drive. When the computer is booted into DOS, find the Chinese character system and run it. Or simply find a DOS boot disk that supports Chinese, and it's more convenient to load it with vfloppy. Don't say you can't find it. Google on the Internet, there are probably dozens or hundreds.

First, thank you to bc12060101 and mackyliu for recommending Tianhui or Pocket Dragon to replace UCDOS. I don't know how to input Chinese characters with Tianhui, and it's very difficult to enter Pocket Dragon. It would be better if Tianhui or Pocket Dragon could display in a window, so that switching between XP and DOS would be free.

Recommend using CCDOS 97, the best and most powerful Chinese DOS system, especially for entering Chinese characters which is the best among DOS. There are both Wubi (Wubi method) and pinyin.
