I really don't know when the moderator will finally complete the Chinese localization of PQ 2.51: strongly looking forward to it! QV 2.51 is really too good. Using it to play high-definition MPG4 MTVs is truly very shocking! It's really hard to imagine this is being played under DOS, I think friends with lousy machines have good news now! Now even those old laptops can watch good videos! Moderator, keep it up! I support you!

All right! I localized QV versions 2.42 and 2.46 before, but I haven't localized any other versions of QV yet. But I'm planning to localize QV 2.52 as soon as it comes out (it should be out soon)! Because QV 2.51 has a BUG already known by its author, namely that it can't play on ESS sound cards (I happen to have an ESS sound card!). This BUG will be fixed in version 2.52, and then I'll go localize QV 2.52.

Hurry up! It'd be best to have him also fix the bug where it's incompatible with most Chinese character support systems except ghos! Best not let it conflict with TW. Also, ghos conflicts with HD-copy! Anyway, TW is the Chinese character support system with the strongest compatibility I've used so far!

As for the problem of QV being incompatible with Chinese character support systems like CCDOS97 when viewing pictures, an online user called “DN enthusiast” told me that he had contacted QV's author, but the author himself doesn't know how to use Chinese character support systems, so he had no way to test it.
