My system is win98. I want to enter pure DOS, so after rebooting I pressed ctrl and entered ms-dos7.10. But I tried many more times afterward; sometimes it worked, sometimes it failed What's going on?
Please help! |

Try pressing the f8 key to enter menu mode, then enter. The command only option. That is also pure DOS

Don't hold this key down way too early and never let go; just press the ctrl key at the moment before win98 starts.
