In slimmed-down XP there usually isn't a help system. I don't know how to add Help and Support to it, so if anyone knows, please give an answer. (The key thing is that Help and Support needs to include MSDOS command help.)

I copied the entire help directory under the windows directory from another machine, about 70 MB.
