I remember Sanming Technology seems to have a driver disk for the 8139 network card, try searching for it on 3721

Actually it's right here:

Among them, the RTSPKT folder contains the Packet driver program for DOS.
The NWCLIENT folder contains the ODI driver program for NetWare.
And so on.

Use NT 4.0 to make a network boot disk, put the network card driver into it. Modify the corresponding boot disk entries according to the driver name. Then it will be

Could you explain the whole detailed process

I tried it, and after this software, net view said workstation was not started
and asked whether to start it
then I said yes
but then it said something about no ipx and netbios loading
after that I didn't know what to do

The loading order is: LSL, network card ODI driver program, IPXODI, SERVER, CLIENT. The network card ODI driver program can be downloaded from the place I mentioned above.
