Did you set it in msdos??

Is there "Logo=1" in msdos.sys?

Some people say that in some systems JO.SYS is incompatible with LOGO. You can try removing JO.SYS and see.

If you used PHOTOSHOP, you must first convert it to “Indexed” mode (and it must be in WINDIWS format) before saving. Many tutorials do not emphasize this point, which makes learners take quite a few unnecessary detours.

1. Rename it directly under DOS (change its extension, that is, change bmp to sys), in Start—Programs—MS-DOS Mode (assuming your LOGO.BMP is in D:\)

(2). REN LOGO.BMP LOGO.SYS (there is a space between REN and LOGO.BMP, and a space between LOGO.BMP and LOGO.SYS);
You can also change it in Windows: open My Computer—View—Folder Options——View—remove the check mark from “Hide extensions for known file types”—OK. Then change its extension, that is, change bmp to sys.
2. In photoshop, create a new 320×400 256-color file (if it is 16-color, you can also use photo enhancement in acdsee to change it to 256 colors)
