:D This USB flash drive, from the day I bought it, I think I format it more than 50 times every day.. ~
This USB flash drive can be smoothly booted to DOS when formatted as HDD using the built-in formatting tool, but when formatted as ZIP, it will display "missing operation system......", and then the working indicator light is always on and it "dies" here~!
Also, this USB flash drive has a write-protect function, but if the files in the USB flash drive are too messy or there are too many things, often when booting DOS or running a certain DOS software in the USB flash drive, it will appear, "...... There is an error in writing back to the disk, do you want to retry, the computer only gives you the choice of (R)", and the result is that it is equivalent to a死机, and you can't restart, and it will still be like this when running this software. The solution is to defragment the USB flash drive, or reformat it as HDD, and then put the required DOS tool software on it.
The HDD format is actually okay, but PQ8.0 can't be used. After running it, it will prompt something about parameter error and then exit the program, but I believe there are other better tools, such as diskgen... and so on

This USB flash drive is considered successful, but the starting drive after booting on different machines will be different~ Sometimes it's A:\, sometimes it's C:\...

My method is a mixed type. My USB flash drive is 1GB. The Netac one can be formatted as ZIP, but it can't boot (I'm a newbie), so there's no way. Then I formatted it again with HP, and then copied the boot file from the just ZIP format to the USB flash drive. After restarting, it can boot~! I found that if the three main DOS files are replaced with IO.sys that is only more than 100KB, it can't boot. The ones used in USBOOT are all these improved files. MSDOS.sys is only a few hundred bytes.
It's strange that this USB flash drive I experimented with can boot in USB-FDD, USB-HDD, USB-ZIP~!

After taking a look, there are some parts that I don't quite understand. It seems my Chinese comprehension ability is limited.

Thanks for sharing your experience, but it's really a bit disorganized.

According to the introduction on the Langke website, this model of USB flash drive only supports dual booting of USB-HDD/ZIP. It's really great that you can make it USB-FDD bootable.

Also, I want to ask: after making it USB-ZIP bootable, is it emulated as ZIP100 or ZIP 250? Is the remaining space of the USB flash drive usable?

This USB flash drive DOS boot involves too many relationships. First, all hardware must be supported, and second, what you make must meet the requirements of the computer motherboard and the USB flash drive. I originally tried to make a relatively special USB flash drive, and as a result, the BIOS didn't even recognize it during booting. Some that can be recognized don't necessarily be made successfully. What problems should be solved? I summed it up as: "I can't understand everything!"

Mine is also 208. I mass-produced it into CDROM and HDD, and it's great
