I don't know .NET or the vCard format. I just use a batch file to extract Tel.db data variables, generate a VBS script, and then use VBS to generate the IE interface (input means extracting the data entered in the IE interface), so the interface displays rather slowly

Still testinging at the moment... (more than 400 lines of script, some modules are shared, such as: add new contact, modify contact data)

Currently debugging re-sorting the contacts in the database in alphabetical order

Next step is to add a name list of all contacts behind the "Enter contact or phone number to search:" input box (read from the database)

(Not sure whether to add the contact entry time??)

Is it finished yet? Can it be downloaded now?

Friends aren't ranked by first or last, so no need for entry time.
Please finish it as soon as possible, I'll give you credits ^_^

　　The data field for entry time is very necessary, because some friends may change their contact information, and if you look at the update time, you can basically tell which number has expired.

Nice topic, but it's mainly VBS, so using cmd for it is a bit putting the cart before the horse.
Finally found someone else who can write VBS. I suggest adding database conversion functions, best if it can do mdb2xls2xml; anyway it wouldn't take many lines in total.
