It can be compressed with the compress provided by the second floor. It is the compression format of Microsoft. It can be uncompressed with expand. In the past, DOS installation disks and other Microsoft DOS software were compressed with this thing.

This is a compression format. You can decompress it like this: c:>expand TOOL.ex_ TOOL.exe and it's okay.
