Personally I think once you have dt, you don't need the file attribute viewer on a boot disk anymore! You also don't need ne or vc anymore! You don't need edit anymore either! Think about it, 71K! How big are all those above added together! It's just that the author isn't updating it anymore! The latest one now should be 1.86d, right? Actually, if it added extraction for zip, rar, ace, and cab, it would be absolutely perfect!
