Just low-level format with DM, or use the one on the second floor. But just do it for a short while, meaning don't wait until it's fully formatted. Start formatting and then exit after 2-3 seconds. This won't damage the hard drive.

The zero - filling function of DM (not low - level formatting, but restoring the blank state when leaving the factory; what recovery software can't recover. Because hard disk partitioning and formatting only hide the data.)
