Windows PowerShell will be released with Windows Vista
Jeffrey Snover, the designer and development manager of Windows PowerShell/MMC, has announced on their development team blog that the official version 1.0 of the Windows command-line management tool PowerShell will be released with Windows Vista, which is on January 31 next year. It's a bit sensational. I thought it was about deciding to embed PS into Vista, but it's just released at the same time...
It seems that the security issues of PS are still quite serious... If it's not built into the system, it's doomed to be left aside... So the future of PS is still worrying. Maybe by the time it matures, there will be new command-line technologies to replace it... |

Agree with the view of the person above. For software developers, they should make use of the functions built into Microsoft as much as possible instead of third-party software.

It's been almost two months since January 31st, and I still haven't installed VISTA. Does VISTA come with POWERSHELL built-in? Please let us know if you've used VISTA.

I've installed the Vista official version, but didn't notice the PowerShell thing. It seems Windows 7 comes with it.
