Earlier I mistakenly used
MOUNTVOL d:\ /d
and made drive D disappear`
But the processes on drive D were still there` `it just wouldn't show drive D

First I followed expert electronixtar's advice: right-click My Computer, Manage, Disk Management, and just assign one there.
Drive D did pop out, it was NTFS, while the others were all FAT32
But after rebooting, a partition table error appeared and I couldn't enter the system``
Then I entered pure DOS and used HDD Doctor 3 to repair it` after reboot I got into the system` but there was only drive C left, and now when entering DOS there's no way to find the other drives, let alone transfer data`
Then I entered DOS again and used DISKGEN to rebuild the partition table. It did find the original partition table back` and it also showed the original 4 drives
But after reboot it couldn't find the partition table again` `but it could find the data on the other drives
Anyway, using HDD Doctor 3 I could find the MBR and enter the system` but the other drives were gone`
Using DISKGEN under DOS there were 3 drives (because drive D is NTFS, E became D) but then I couldn't enter the system`
Finally I used the DOS version of PartitionMagic. As soon as it prompted an error and repaired it, it couldn't find the partitions`` and after reboot I couldn't enter the system`
I'm really completely confused`
Now under DISKGEN I changed drives D E F all to FAT32X`
but when entering DOS it still can't find D E F
