I already explained my situation in yesterday's post, so after trying many times I still had no choice but to give up on the Super Universal MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk. Why does it have poor support for AMD motherboards? I think universality should still be the first principle. I hope the moderator will keep it up and make some more improvements.

You should be able to do it by deleting the lines related to UMBPCI...

My newest computer is an AMD Athlon XP 1600+. Using this MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk on it, if I choose the first item after booting there is no problem at all. If I choose the second item, UMBPCI will be skipped automatically, but it will still boot to the DOS command line.

I'm a bit like the person above,
so in the boot disk I made there is no UMBPCI,
I just use EMM386 directly!

It's still not the same. He said that using EMM386 on his computer causes a hang. UMBPCI isn't supported, but it won't hang.
