I want DJGPP... I've been trying to download it for a whole month, and every time I just can't connect!
Damn post office won't let people mail CDs again , I... where's Bin Laden, why doesn't he blow up the postal and telecom system? |

That shouldn't be the case. You're on a LAN there, so the speed ought to be okay, right? I can connect, but the download speed just isn't fast enough. I've already been downloading it in "time-sliced batches" for days, and I've finished well over half the files already!

I don't really know the situation in mainland China, but where I am it's very fast when I connect, and the download speed is also very fast

Forget downloading it. Download it at an Internet cafe and then email it to yourself. I'm also on CERNET, and the outbound bandwidth on CERNET isn't very good.

Dark-Destroy will make a DJGPP (Chinese localization/Chinese) special page by then, and it may even be moved onto a domestic server, so it will definitely be downloadable then.
