Download a bootable disk with the functions you need (probably 99% of bootable disks have the functions you need) from the Internet. Use UltraISO, select: Bootable Disc --> Load Boot File --> Select the image file you downloaded --> Add the things you want to put on the disc --> Save, and finally burn it.
