I’ve read a lot of articles about hard disks, and they all say to first check whether the BIOS settings are correct, and only then consider hard disk errors.
But after I enter the BIOS, I can only see the hard disk information (including the name, capacity, etc.). I don’t see any settings there?? Can anyone tell me what kinds of hard disk settings there are?? Could you give a few examples?? Many thanks!!! |

This is generally on the IDE interface, with AUTO and Disabled options; some motherboards also have Enabled as well...

What I picked definitely wasn’t Disabled~ so then it must not be a settings problem. Looks like it’s still the hard disk itself. Thanks a lot, master/big brother!
