There is no system on my computer's hard disk, it's empty and in FAT32 format.
I can only boot DOS from a USB mobile hard disk. My DOS is MS-DOS 7.1, and it's a complete installation.
Then when I enter and boot GRUB, it says it can't run in VM86 mode, and it needs to run in pure DOS.
Then I started a few fewer items, and it's said that this should not be in VM86 mode.
Then after entering, I type GRUB to run, and it stops at:
C:\GRUB
_
It's confirmed that there is no死机, and there is no VM86 error report, but GRUB just has no response.
Then, I changed a method: I formatted the local hard disk with FORMAT /S
Then copied GRUB over.
But after booting, it comes out:
GRUB_
The cursor is also flashing, and there is no死机, but there is no other response.
I'm anxious. I don't have any CDs, etc., just a mobile hard disk.
Please, how can I boot GRUB?
Thank you. Please help me! Thank you again.
